Are you using mod_rewrite? because there is no folder named “user” in:
http://www.box201.com/traqs/user/login/

http://www.box201.com/traqs/ works fine though

Version 0.1 through 0.5 require mod_rewrite – however this limits the servers it can run on, so in version 0.6 I will be making it so mod_rewrite is not required.

Found it. .htaccess was in the uploads directory but when I copied the folder over to the www root that copy must not saw the file.
